Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange without a valid proof of purchase (till receipt, gift receipt, or order confirmation email). For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, bodysuits, or swimwear unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

Online Purchases:
You can return your online order in one of two ways:

• By Post: Please fill out the returns form included in your parcel and send the item(s) back to us at your convenience. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
• In Store: You can return your online order to any of our stores. Simply bring the item(s) with your proof of purchase.

In-Store Purchases:
Please return the item to any of our stores with your valid till receipt.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will process it promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account after you have received confirmation from us.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please follow the returns procedure above.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Sale Items
Items purchased in a sale can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in a saleable condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Gifts
We can exchange any unwanted gift that is in a saleable condition and accompanied by a valid gift receipt. Alternatively, we can offer a gift card to the value of the item.
